Pada malam penganugerahan Academy Awards ke-94 tahun ini diwarnai insiden tak menyenangkan antara Will Smith dengan Chris Rock.
Chris Rock membuat lelucon tentang kepala gundul istri Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith.
Seperti diketahui, Pinkett Smith mengungkapkan tahun lalu bahwa dia menderita alopecia.

Will Smith yang marah kemudian naik ke panggung dan muncul untuk menampar Rock sebelum suara diredam.
Rekaman suara kemudian menunjukkan bahwa Rock berkata, "Will Smith baru saja memukul saya" sebelum Smith berteriak, "Singkirkan nama istri saya dari sialan mulut Anda!".
Terlepas dari Insiden tersebut, ajang Academy Awards ke-94 tetap di laksanakan sesuai rencana.
